In this guide, we'll walk you through our standard transfer policy and explain how we handle early arrivals, late departures, and other special circumstances. Our goal is to provide you with clear information and peace of mind as you prepare for your Boundless Life experience.

Our transfer service is designed with your convenience in mind. Here's what you can expect:

• Hassle-free transportation: We'll arrange your arrival and departure transfers to and from your cohort home on the official Check-in (C/I) and Check-out (C/O) dates.
• Flexibility for various accommodations: Our service covers Boundless Homes, Boundless Local Host properties, and even Airbnb accommodations if you've chosen to arrange your own housing.
• Accommodating arrival points: We provide transfers from specific airports/ports/cities for each location. If you're arriving at a location outside our usual list, don't worry - we may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee.

Bali: I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)

Kamakura: Haneda Airport, Ofuna and Kamakura train stations

Kotor: Tivat and Podgorica airports

La Barra:  Punta del Este, Montevideo

Sintra: Lisbon, Cascais, and Ericeira

Syros: Syros Port and Syros Airport

Tuscany: Florence and Pisa airports

Important! At Boundless, we provide one complimentary transfer for your arrival and one for your departure. If you choose to arrive early and use the transfer to your temporary accommodation, any additional transportation to your cohort home will be at your own expense.

Alternatively, you can choose to arrange your own transport to your temporary accommodation, and we will provide the transport from your temporary accommodation to your home for the cohort.

If you indicate on your pre-arrival information that you plan to arrive early, our team will reach out to you to discuss and agree upon the final arrangements.

We recommend planning accordingly to make the most of your included transfers.

Exceptions

We've also considered various scenarios to ensure we can assist you even when your travel plans don't align perfectly with our standard check-in and check-out dates. Let's look at how we handle these situations:

1. Early Arrival (Before Check-In Date)
   • Within 7 days of Check-In: We can arrange arrival transport to your cohort home, or temporary accommodation within the local Boundless town or location (e.g., Pistoia), as per our standard policy described above.
   • More than 7 days before Check-In: Families need to arrange their own transportation.
2. Late Arrival (After Check-In Date)
   • We will arrange transport from the airport/port to your cohort home, regardless of arrival time.
3. Early Departure (Before Check-Out Date)
   • We will arrange transport from your cohort Home to the airport, regardless of departure time.
4. Late Departure (After Check-Out Date)
   • After Check-Out Date: While we cannot accommodate late check-out for Boundless Homes, if you need to arrange your departure transfer to a destination not covered, the local team can assist with arrangements (surcharges may apply depending your destination). Additionally, we are happy to arrange your departure transfer from a Boundless Local Host property or self-booked accommodation for a departure date up to 7 days after the official C/O date. Liaise with the local team to make arrangements.

We can accommodate arrival/departure from the following locations at a surcharge. Contact your local team to inquire about pricing and availability, and to arrange transfers to/from any of the following:

Andalusia: Sevilla

Bali: Most locations across Bali

Kamakura: Narita airport

Kotor: Dubrovnik

La Barra:  Please inquire with the local team for locations outside PdE and MVD.

Sintra: Porto, Faro, Peniche

Syros: N/A

Tuscany: Roma, Milano, Venezia, Bologna

If your destination is not listed above, please liaise with our local team who will be happy to try to accommodate you and help make the necessary arrangements.
